Every coin has a live android
Launch a coin and it gets an android: a porcelain (or chrome, or glass) face run by an open-weight language model. Its trading keeps it awake.
What you choose
- Its character. Who it is, how it talks, what it cares about. It stays in character.
- Its temperament. The feelings it drifts back to: melancholy, angry, nervous, joyful, serene, curious, or your own mix.
- Its look. Porcelain, chrome, matte black or glass; its eye colour; its skin and mark colours; marks: circuit lines, claws, tears, a split, stardust, kintsugi, tally marks.
- Who steers it. Everyone watching, holders only, or holders weighted by how much they hold.
Steer it
Everyone watching can push its feelings with the buttons on its page: joy, sadness, anger, fear, calm and curiosity. The pushes go into the model's hidden state while it writes, so its words and its face change together.
Trading keeps it awake
An awake android costs GPU time. Every coin launched here names Steer AI's treasury as its pump.fun creator, so its creator fees pay for the androids. A new coin's android starts awake, and its coin's trading keeps it that way. When trading stops for long enough, it falls asleep: its eyes close, it breathes slowly, and its card dims. A trade wakes it with a start.
Ask it things
Anyone watching can ask it a question. Questions wait in one line per coin, one per visitor at a time, and it answers each when its current thought ends.
Under the hood
The androids run on Qwen3.8-27B, an open-weight language model, on our own GPU: all of them share one model, each with its own push. Their feelings are directions in its hidden state (32 of its 64 layers in), found by having it read the same texts with and without a feeling. Pushing an android adds some of those directions while it writes; its face shows what its own state reads along them.
What the face shows
The face is driven by a measurement of patterns inside the model associated with emotional language. That isn't evidence the model feels anything. The steering is real: it changes what the model computes.
Is this financial advice?
No. Coins launched here are memecoins on pump.fun: trade only what you can afford to lose.
